   i’m sorry i’m new to Mac and i don’t understand how you add nzb files to the GUI.
   can you give a better explanation please?

   Hi Pat,

   This soft is for use with SABnzbd (http://www.sabnzbd.org).
   Download and configure SABnzbd and you’ll be able to control with SABnzbdX.

   When SABnzbd and SABnzbdX are running, you just have to double click on a NZB File to import it on your running SABnzbd.

   Hope it helps.

   Hi Pat,

   Install SABnzbd this link is a good place to start :
   http://sabnzbd.wikidot.com/quick-setup

   When SABnzbd will run and you able to download, launch SABnzbdX.

   when i double click on my nzb file nothing happens. i check the gui and the web interfaceto see if the download has begun but the gui says it’s empty and so the web interface.
   when i add a nzb file with the web interface the download begins but the gui says it’s empty. it’s like there’s no connection between the gui and the software.do i have to put an ip in preferences host of the gui?

   What am I doing wrong?

   I open sanbnzbdx. In the menu I hit START SABNZBD and it launched. It wont however pick up any of the queue items and it keeps the START SABNZBD menu item on there.

    hi bdo,

    Try to configure SABnzbd to listen on 0.0.0.0 and not localhost. It should work.
